What is Qualiteh Sync and how does it work?
Qualiteh Sync is the problem-solving lane for 8D and A3 work. In this launch, it is a design-partner or early-access path: context travels from signal to containment, cause, action owner, prevention and effectiveness check.
Can Qualiteh OS work with our existing data sources?
Start with the data you already use for quality work: KPI boards, audit findings, 8D cases, action lists, and approved exports. Any deeper system connection is scoped during a walkthrough, not promised before discovery.
How long does a first Qualiteh OS pilot take?
A first pilot should be scoped around one loop: one audit programme, one KPI board, and a small set of real problem-solving cases. The implementation plan depends on current product readiness and the data you can bring.
What is the difference between Audit, KPI Sentinel, Sync, and Platform?
Audit is the evidence-to-action product in production. KPI Sentinel is the beta signal layer for tier meetings. Sync is the design-partner problem-solving lane. Platform and AEI are the early-access command-center layer tying the loop together.
Who is the right first-fit customer?
The first fit is a manufacturing quality team with real audit findings, KPI reviews, 8D or A3 cases and named owners who can review the handoff weekly. Very light users should start with templates and training.
What training is provided for Qualiteh software?
Training is role-based: quality leadership, plant or operations, SQM/SQE, and admin users. For pilots, training follows the live loop being configured rather than a generic feature tour.
Can we evaluate before committing?
Yes. The current motion is a founder-led walkthrough, then a design-partner or pilot scope when the team has real audit, KPI, 8D, and action data available.
What results should we expect?
We do not publish unsupported ROI claims. The first target is easy to inspect: a signal has context, a finding has usable evidence, a case has an owner and closure has proof.
